Investigating the role of knowledge-based supply chains for supply chain resilience by graph theory matrix approach

Abstract Nowadays, providing information flow at every phase of a knowledge-based supply chain with technologies has become vital issue due to rapid population growth, globalisation, and increases in demand the chain. Knowledge-based chains have critical role increasing resilience processes emerging technologies. Thus, it is necessary determine factors that increase SC resilience. Therefore, this study aims improvement investigate importance level determining using Graph Theory Matrix Approach. The results suggest most important factor Adaptive Capacity (F3), followed by Product Prioritization (F9) Flexibility (F1), respectively. This expected benefit managers policymakers as provides better understanding play chains. In order chain, system thinking solutions should be encouraged businesses collaboration stakeholders. Businesses governments provide collaborative long-term for uncertain environment ensure sustainable resilient environment.
